A very well presented boat which has been re-upholstored to a very acceptable standard. At the forward end are two vee berths with storage lockers under. The hull interior lining has also been replaced making this boat fresh clean and tidy.
Further back is the 4 seater dinette which also has storage lockers underneath and with the table in position will give ample space for 4 to sit around for meals. The table top drops down and inserted between the bench seating and with the back cushions in place makes a double berth.
Opposite is the galley unit with its cleverly designed work top which slides to one side to reveal the stainless steel sink and drainer, next to this is a stainless steel cooker and grill, all set in a restored mahogany unit with ample cupboards and draw space. On the adjacent bulkhead are several shelf units and to the side is a full height locker for coats etc.
On the the port side before exiting the cabin is the separate toilet with a chemical toilet, wash basin set in a vanity unit with sliding doors to a double cupboard.
Up into the cockpit the steps also double as storage box by lifting the treads to gain access for mooring pins and spare mooring lines.
The cockpit is large enough for 4 people and has a helm seat and a bench seat across the stern end. The hard top over the cockpit gives good shelter and shade and with the remainder being covered by the canopy allows the area to be open for those sunny days.
The helm position is set at good height for visibility around the craft and with the Volvo Penta instrument panel with tachometer, oil pressure and temperature gauges it is easy to monitor on the engine. With safety in mind Jamie Lou II is well equipped with boarding ladder at the stern, polished safety rails around the stern and bow and with additional grab rails within the cockpit area, making this craft a good safe craft for the whole family and well worth viewing.
