The layout from the bow is a full cratch cover with glass front and has a neat table for dinning out side, down the steps through the double entrance doors into the open plan lounge and U shape kitchen area. To either side in the lounge area there is ample storage by way of built in shelving units and corner cupboards to mount TV and audio systems in, there is also a two seat settee. The kitchen has a full size LPG cooker, stainless steel sink with hot & cold mixer tap, hot water is supplied through a direct gas water heater mounted above the sink. Next to the cooker is a full size fridge and an optional fitted washing machine.
Solid fuel stove and a diesel fired central heating unit to conventional radiators, although the current owner advised us that the diesel heater will need a service/repair as it currently does not work.
