Information 'Javalon' a Maclan 22 cruiser, River or Coastal waters
Javalon is a 1975 built, Maclan 22 and is numbered No. 35. She is a very cleverly designed and good looking 22 ft cabin cruiser as happy in the sea in coastal waters just fishing and cruising as it is on the river again just fishing and cruising. There is ample accommodation and sufficient home comforts to encourage a safe river or coastal holiday for 4 persons. The craft is not just solidly built to permit a sea role but has the ample engine power required. At only 22 feet the craft could be trailered to the coast.
This is an easily handled motor cruiser designed for coastal cruising or fishing with an excellent comfortable cabin with ample cooking/washing up and dining facilities. Plenty of room to sleep 4 persons and of course a sea toilet that just pumps away. There is ample storage space both within the cabins and below decks and around the engine bay. Being just 22 feet plus 2 feet for davits and bathing platform.
While the living accommodation is nice the cockpit is pretty neat too with full width cushioned seating and plenty of space. The cockpit is solid roofed and provides excellent protection especially at sea. Everything in the engine and power area is readily to hand with easy access to the engine and batteries. There is room enough within the cockpit area storage compartments for hoses, spare bits and bobs even a pressure washer if so minded.
